With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mark has a keen understanding of what makes a successful project materialise. With a focus on technology, people and process, Mark understands the needs of his clients and works laterally with each one top ensure their needs and the needs of their specific project are both met and exceeded.

Mark’s experience includes holding a number of senior positions with the financial services industry and working on numerous successful projects throughout London and the rest of the UK. As a full time property investor, he has built a sizable property portfolio which includes two refurbished properties, an Edwardian property in Dover and a previously grade II listed townhouse in Rochester, HMOs in the Midlands and BTLs in the North West and North East.

As an apprentice to a local building company, Mark was able to learn the other side of the property development industry. This has given him insight into the residential building trade which makes him that much more knowledgeable and proficient and a valuable asset to his clients today.

Not one to rest on his many years of industry experience, Mark is committed to learning more about the UK property market. This includes attending a wide range of courses with Asset Academy.

Mark offers his clients intuitive, convenient and easy-to-use services combined with unmatched customer service and a team of experts who are passionate about seeing their clients’ projects through to success.

RUSS CRABTREE

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Russ successfully delivered a range of residential and commercial projects. As a successful property developer and investor, Russ has over 30 years of experience in the construction trades. His track record for successfully delivering an extensive range of residential and commercial building projects, including renovations, extensions and new home builds, highly desirable mixed-use developments and more. Currently, Russ is focusing on property investment and has built a portfolio of properties which include large commercial to residential developments, social housing, serviced accommodation, and self-storage facilities.

Russ’ many qualifications include: an OND in Building Management Studies, an HNC in Building and Civil Engineering and Legacy Education Alliance Training. He has worked as a Site Engineer, Site Manager/ Office Manager/ Director, Director and Owner of a successful Home Building Company, Director and Owner of a Home Property Company and Home Investment Group and now as co-founder of Advance Project Consultancy.

Using industry best practices and a commitment to improving on the concept of project development, Russ has made it his personal goal of being ever diligent in his approach to providing a value-laden service to each of his clients and creating a sustainable future for Advance Project Consultancy.
